1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Bualo AI mobile application and the website www.bualoai.com. By using Bualo AI, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Bualo AI.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- You agree to provide accurate and current information.
3. Use of the Service
Bualo AI provides study tools, including AI generated summaries, flashcards, and quizzes. You agree to use the service for lawful and educational purposes only.
- Do not misuse the service or attempt to reverse engineer it.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to access data that does not belong to you.
4. Credits, Purchases, and Promotions
Certain features require credits, which can be earned or purchased. Credits are non refundable, have no cash value, and are subject to the rules shown in the app.
- On Android and on the web, credits may also be provided through promotional codes. Promotional codes are not available on iOS; on the iOS app, credits and Premium access can only be earned or purchased through Apple In-App Purchase.
- Credits are a limited, non transferable, revocable license to access digital services and features within Bualo AI.
- Credits are not currency, do not represent stored value, and are not redeemable for cash or any monetary equivalent, except where required by law.
- If the service is discontinued, unused credits may be forfeited, except where required by law.
5. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Bualo AI offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans to unlock Premium access:
- Bualo AI Premium — Monthly: 2 000 FCFA per month.
- Bualo AI Premium — Annual: 10 000 FCFA per year.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID (iTunes) or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Account Settings on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds for subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are handled directly by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies; Bualo AI does not process these refunds directly.
6. AI Content, Accuracy, and Ownership
Bualo AI uses artificial intelligence to generate study materials. While we aim for helpful results, AI outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any generated content.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use the study materials generated for you (revision sheets, flashcards, quizzes, and corrections) for your own personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes. Bualo AI and its licensors retain all rights to the underlying application, technology, and models used to generate that content.
7. Intellectual Property
Bualo AI and its content, features, and design are owned by Bualo AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
8. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that content will always be accurate.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bualo AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or on our website.
